How I printed & organized our pictures

How many photos do you have on your phone? I'm at about 20,000. And most of my friends are double that. Now how many do you have actually printed in your home? I'm guessing it's way less... and while most of us don't want 50,000 pictures scattered around our house, we should have some of our favorite pics OFF our phones and into our home!

If you're like me - that's an overwhelming task. Or it was! I think I found a system that works. Here's what I do to print off pictures each month - and keep them organized.

First, I subscribe to TimeShel. It's a monthly photo subscription service. Here's how it works: Download the TimeShel app, sign up for the plan you want - either 10 ($9.95) or 30 pictures per month ($19.95). Each month, check into the app and add the pictures to your TimeShel album. At the end of the month, you'll get a notification to finalize your choices. By the 4th, the pictures print and then ship.

-If you want to go back - you can add months. When I signed up in 2021, I went back 2 years to Andi's birthday and had all the pictures printed. That way I have an entire TimeShel collection organized and stored from her birthday!

The pictures come in about a week and are shipped in this perfect little envelope. I always write down the month & year and file them away.

-Use my code ZANCR to get a $6 credit!

-Now for my filing system: I found this box on Amazon and it's perfect. It comes with individual photo boxes - but you don't have to use them. In fact I take them out and use them for other storage around the house, like tiny Barbie shoes, old gift cards, etc.

I love being able to look back on these pictures each month - and I love even more that they're so neatly organized and easy to store!

Here’s a video of how it works from my POV.
